StephanieStephanie Sigman is a Mexican American actress. Her breakthrough role was in Miss Bala (2011), the Mexican crime drama film. Then she appeared in Pioneer (2013), Spectre (2015) and Going Under (2016). On television, Sigman starred in Narcos (2015) and S.W.A.T (2017) for the first and second seasons of both shows. Sigman was born to a Mexican mother and an American dad, Lee Sigman, who is a New York Yankees scout. Through her father, she is the daughter of a U.S. citizen. The brother of her was a professional the baseball player Kenneth Ray Sigman, was formerly married to actress Barbara Mori Sigman began her career in the field of Mexican television, and later made her debut on film in Rio de Oro. She was the lead character in Laura Guerrero (Miss Bala) in the Mexican crime drama. The film was selected as the Mexican entry in the Best Foreign Language Film category at the 84th Academy Awards.[7][8] However, it did not make the cut. 9. Sigman was nominated for the Dublin Film Critics Circle Award in the year 2011 for her performance in film. In 2011, she starred in Catalina Aguado, the Canadian documentary film Flight of the Butterflies. In 2013, Sigman starred with Pioneer in the Norwegian thriller.
